Vandi has been in development since the beginning. Large company shop management solutions deliver a generic approach to repairs. With our broad spectrum of requirements and services, a simple one size fits all solution wasn‘t going to work. This is why we built Vandi. Vandi was created and maintained by us, Vantage Diesel, to be the answer to the complexities of our operations. Something we can manage, adapt, expand, and build to make our operations more efficient, repairs quicker, and pricing more consistent.
Over the years, we have adapted Vandi to be everything we need on the operations side. The future of Vandi is for you, the customer. We will be introducing the ability to manage your personal information in our records, see your previous invoices, payment statuses and progress of current work orders and even making payments directly through the Vandi platform. We will also be adding features to communicate with us directly and request estimates and service requests straight from the dashboard.
The future of Vandi is looking bright and we want to do what we can to make every part of the repair process streamlined and efficient process for everyone.
